I just used Novella at Cascade to ship both our cars from Oregon to Texas. Overall, the experience was great. Every time I called she was either available or if not, would promptly return my call. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative was that I ended up paying $200 more for one car and $150 more for the other car over the original quote I received from Cascade. I would have appreciated just getting an accurate quote from the start. All-in-all, if I had to ship my cars again, I would not hesitate to use Novella and Cascade.
