Novella did a great job in keeping me informed on the pick-up of the car. I had a mid day luncheon that I wanted to attend that she was able to schedule around. When I call before or after normal working hours, Sarah and Kim were knowledgeable about all arrangements. Most important was that Novella and team were all very responsive to my questions and needs.
