Frankly, I was shocked at how reasonable the quote was to ship our vehicle cross-country. Obviously, with rapidly rising fuel costs, I would think these folks would charge far more. My alternative... to fly to Connecticut and drive the vehicle back to Oregon... made me very anxious for obvious reasons. What a relief to find Cascade Transport and Novella and Steve (our driver). They are professional and courteous and personal and I would trust them again and again. Novella called and emailed on a regular basis to keep me updated and informed. This kind of communication is reassurring. But more than that it's so helpful and so courteous to the customer when scheduling pickup and delivery in order not to be sitting and waiting... not knowing. Thank you for a job well done!
