I set my order up with Greg at cascade vehicle shipping and then was contact by Novia in customer service. I was moving from Pennsylvania to Florida and I was really nervous. Novia called me and kept me informed on the process and what they were doing to find a carrier. I would call and check in and she would reassure that they were doing everything they could to find me a carrier. They did find me a carrier who picked up my car when they said and scheduled delivery with me on Monday. They really helped with my move to Florida. Thank you Cascade Vehicle shipping.
