I was given a quote for a price and the next day I received a phone call saying my vehicle would be picked-up on Monday. It was perfect timing with the dealer! They were waiting on my check to come in! The auto transport driver called me to let me know he had my vehicle on Tuesday, due to some issues with the car being ready. He called me along the way at particular points so I knew how far away he was. He was very professional and informative. He even arrived early!! Just in time for Mother's Day!!! I really feel Cascade and the contractor they hire do a wonderful job. What I was quoted was what I paid, not a penny more! I was promised a professional prompt delivery and that was what was given.
