Broker (CASCADE VEHCILE SHIPPING) somehow should also be accountable on transporter recommended to help protect customers. Broker will not step up to cover for the damage and subrogate to transporting company "recommended". Client ended up chasing the transporter claiming for damage incurred during transport. Transporter denys damage found was not caused by their service even though it is a brand new car and there are photos before the transport showing damage was not existing prior to transport.
Transport Company used was NATIONAL AUTO MOVING, INC. located in Miami Florida. Also found out that the transporter had a 10 day insurance only from Canal Insurance Co. in South Carolina. Their Claims Agent denied the claim prior to submitting the pictures. I had a horrible experience with this company and the broker was helpless (CASCADE VEHICLE SHIPPING). I do not recommend using both transporter and broker. I shared my experience and I think that is the most considerate advise I can share to anyone who is needing to transport a vehicle. Overall expereince made it to 1 star out of 10 stars. One star awarded to Cascade Vehicle Shipping for initiating the process (horrible mistake).
At the end of the day, it boils down to not to be trusting. Always put a doubt on any business transaction to cover yourself. Subrogation process to follow.
