I had to ship my brand new car across the country (3000 miles to be exact). I was really nervous about which company to go with so I checked out transport reviews.com. I got several quotes from many companies, but Kim from Cascade called me right away and was extremely helpful in answering any questions/fears I had. Although this company did not have the lowest price, their prices was still affordable and fair. I feared using a really low priced company because of cheaper care for your car. Kim was in touch with me the entire time. When I called her to find out where my car was, she put me on a 3-way conversation between me, her & the truck driver, to make sure all my questions were answered appropriately. She even followed up with me to make sure I got my car safe & undamaged. She assured me the whole time that they use reliable trucking companies and encouraged me to look at other people's reviews, which were all excellent! This company was also honest about length of time and their estimates were nearly exact. I would not hesitate to go with Cascade shipping again, they treated me as if I was one of their family members. I even referred my friend who has to ship her car to California from MA as well!
