We feel that overal we were misled or not informed of the delay in the delivery of our vehicle. We chose this company because they assured us that our vehicle would be delivered inside of 15 days from drop off. We dropped off our vehicle in the a.m. of April 1. By Aprl 17 we were very concerned and we had even conwidered that maybe weekends or weather could take a few extra days. Upon calling the port of drop off, I was notified that our van had been in Seattle since April 9, 2008. We had not been notified of any delay. I called Cascade and our agent was fully aware of the delay and had failed to inform us. It was then that she told us that it would be April 19 or 20th before the driver would pick up our vehicle and then 10-12 more days after that before our vehicle would be delivered to our home. In addition, when the driver called, because of his accent/broken English we had a miscommunication on when he was delivering the vehicle. A difficult transition indeed.
