A Jeep Wrangler was to be picked up in Walla Walla, WA and delivered in Wilmington, DE within a very specific time frame. The only downside of this experience was that the driver of the carrier would only pick up the Wranger in Ritzville, WA which is 2 hours north. This created the need for finding transportation back to Walla Walla for my college-age daughter, and this worked because the pick up was done on a weekend. Ultimately, all went well after that.

Stephanie was very helpful & informative from the first time I spoke with her, and she is the reason I picked Cascade over other brokers. She understood I had a horrible experience 2 yrs ago with shipping the Wrangler from DE to WA and she assured me that Cascade would not use the same trucking company which is located in Spokane. Cascade's quote was fair, and Stephanie assured me that Cascade would do everything possible to find a carrier that could accommodate the timeframe we had to work with. She was a professional and understood & made note of my concerns of the difficulty of dealing with guesstimated dates/times to ship a vehicle.
Cascade is fortunate to have Stephanie represent them. I can comfortably state I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to others looking to ship a vehicle from one coast to the other.
