I was fully satisfied with this service and would use this company again. Diane and her staff were friendly and helpful and fully explained the process. (I never before had a car transported.)

I was not operating under any particular time constraint for this transport. However, my transport was scheduled within a day for a pick up less than a week after my engaging the service. The pick up took place as scheduled. The driver arrived within the stated window. I would also note that the pick up was in a fairly remote area and not in a metropolitan area.

The delivery window was between April 29 and May 2 but Cascade advises that they inform customers to expect delivery at the tail end of the window. Nevertheless, I received a call on April 28 that the transport was in the area and that the driver wanted to make arrangements for drop off on the 29th. We agreed on a time and the driver was there as agreed. He called several times to keep me informed on his progress. The driver was courteous and professional. The final payment was for the agreed amount without any attempt to request an additional fuel surcharge. The car was in good condition upon arrival.

The amount charged ($1,160) was not the lowest but it was competitive. I calculated that had I gone to Washington to drive the car back east I would have had to pay for one way airfare, about $400 in gas costs, six nights motel costs, a week's lost wages and 2,900 miles of wear and tear on the car. (I assume food as a wash since I do eat when I am at home.) All in all, I believe $1,160 paid is considerably less than it would otherwise have cost me to do it myself.

I would use this company again and recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping. The transport company used, Express Delivery of Spokane Washington, was courteous, professional and honest.
