After realizing I had been burned by the first transport company I decided to use, I stumbled upon this site and found Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Still a little unsure of how this whole thing would go, I contacted them, and was helped by Sarah. She couldn't have been more helpful. Within two days, she had a carrier lined up to do my move. Shortly thereafter, I needed to change where I was shipping the car to, from Virginia to Georgia due to logistics issues. Again, Sarah was very helpful and patient with me as she went about getting this done. Even as I continued to call to see how the search was going for the carrier, she was always patient with me and helpful. About 5 days before the date of estimated pickup, Sarah called to inform me she had someone lined up. I was still a little wary of who she had, but the company was great and very professional, getting the car to destination a full week before estimated delivery time. Cascade and Sarah did an oustanding job of underpromising and overdelivering, and of keeping my updated at all times. Her patience with all my questions really helped to put me at ease with Cascade. I would, without a doubt, use this company again in a heart beat. Thanks.
