Damon was very professional and guided me through the process. I was apprehensive at first but Damon assured me that the vehicle would be given the utmost care. Both the transporter and vehicle are insured so my worries were put at ease.
The carrier guys were cordial and told me they were driving non stop which eased my mind since I did have some valued items in the 1999 Toyota Forerunner. I checked that the vehicle was dirty upon arrival but who knew that they were going to hit a major wind and rain storm on the way out. Nothing that a good car wash could clean right up.
I took pictures of the vehicle before pick up and sent them to my daughter. Upon arrival, she did a walk around and all was well and all of the contents arrived safely. Damon guided me through all of the primary steps and the experience was very pleasing. I could not have been happier.
I must say that Damon was a gentleman and very professional. I am a educational administrator and college professor. I interview people for positions everyday. If Damon interviews like he spoke to me over the phone, I would definitely consider him for employment. He definitely seemed to enjoy what he was doing.
Now for price........I did not consider the price because you only get what you pay for. I would say that Cascade was not the cheapest but it was in my price range and comfort zone. I did get over 7 quotes. You might say that Damon made quite an impression with me.
