On Feb. 23 (the 1st day in the pickup window), the carrier driver arrived- & at the same time, the moving van came to move me from MD to CA. The ensuing chaos & other issues made it impossible to get my car to the pickup site. Damon convinced the driver to return on Feb. 27 & pick up my RAV4- the day after I flew to CA. Next, Damon got the carrier driver to WALK 1 mile from the pickup site to my MD apt., pick up my keys from the Mgr, drive my RAV4 to the pickup site & load it on the carrier. On March 8 (the last day in the 10 day delivery window), a smiling driver unloaded my car right at the gate to my new home in CA- safe & sound. Damon's negotiating skills turned a chaotic event into a win-win situation.

We almost had a disaster here...Lucky for us we were working with a carrier that we have partnered with for many years.
