After winning an exotic car on ebay, I began my search for a shipping agent using this website. I got many, many quotes, and Cascade was one of the lowest for an enclosed transport. My contact was Sarah, and she was very friendly and helpful both in emails and also over the phone. She had a carrier for me within a few days, but the carrier could not pick up the car for a week. Once in transit, Sarah kept me updated on the progress, and ultimately called to tell me the carrier had experienced a delay and that my car would be two days late. This was no fault of Cascade but rather the trucking company, Jax Trucking, who apparently gave a wishful coast-to-coast ETA of 7 days. Sarah and Cascade were very helpful throughout the process and I never was made to feel like I was being a pain with my phone calls and emails.
So, in short, I would use Cascade again, and I would recommend them to others.
