We called Malia and scheduled our 2 cars to be transported from PA to CA and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. The one thing that was not completely made understood was that the first date available for pick-up is NOT the day that your car will actually be picked up. We were not aware of this, so when we called the day before we were shocked to learn that our car had not been selected yet and we were flying out 2 days later. It all ended up working in the end, we had a neighbor sign off on the car, but Malia made sure to work extra hard to get it all squared away before we flew out. We would use her again, but give her an earlier date available for pick-up knowing what we know now. Oh and we also thought we had an issue with delivery b/c of paint missing from the roof of the car. She was very prompt in telling us what steps we needed to complete in order to get a claim filed with FHT.
