I have shipped several cars and this is by far the best service I have received!! Cascade Vehicle Shipping goes above and beyond the call of duty. Very customer oriented! They assign a professional representative to you who keeps you informed and always answers the phone. I had Alyssa Eng an asset to Cascade! She was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with and to talk to. She was responsive to my needs and they delivered. My vehicle was picked up the same day by Five Star Auto Transport LC and Samad was the driver. He was very professional, knowledgeable and careful with my car. He answered the phone and kept me informed from start to finish. I felt confident and secure with both services. The vehicle was picked up the same day and delivered on-time, First class service. As far as Cascade and Alyssa I have already recommended her to several family and friends. They also are happy for the referral and so far very satisfied with the services. This is a First rate company and service, I did my research prior to hiring them and they came through and I plan on using them again. Thank You for restoring my confidence with shipping vehicles!!!
