Shipping a car? Go with Cascade! They really impressed me

After reading dozens and dozens of reviews of vehicle shipping companies, I was feeling pretty nervous about the whole operation and prepared for the worst. When I called Cascade, Alyssa was awesome at answering all of my questions (and there were many!) and making sure I understood the whole process from pick up to drop off. Throughout the process Alyssa called to check in to make sure everything was as it should be and the driver, Dave Hanley, also called to give me updates along the way.

The total cost ended up right where I expected it to be while still being lower than competing quotes. Plus, Dave was able to get his huge transport truck within a block of my house- which is saying something given the narrow, twisty Portland road I live on! He was an absolute gentleman when he picked the car up from my Grandparents' in MN and dropped the car off with me in OR a day earlier than I was expecting- yay!

Overall, I was amazed by the customer service from Cascade and Hanley Enterprises and would highly recommend shipping with them. Will use them again if the need arrises, no hesitation.
