Malia was great. It took longer than I expected to get transportation organized. But she did a good job. The truck driver was nice. But Lima Transportation never called me. The driver never called ahead. I had to call and ask if the driver was coming as scheduled (on a Friday). They said "No, it'll be probably next Monday"... so I called three days later & they promised he would be there by noon. He arrived at 3:45 PM.

Cascade was great. The trucking company needs to contact customers as they promised.

*I'm not being paid to leave a review, but Cascade Vehicle Shipping has a contest where if you leave a 5 star review for Malia McClain, you are entered to win the full amount you paid in shipping back. I was happy with Cascade Vehicle Shipping, but I feel like full disclosure is the best policy.

The email I received from Cascade read "Follow the link to Transport Reviews and submit a 5 STAR REVIEW for my services, it’s that simple. Once your 5 STAR REVIEW is posted your name will be entered in to our drawing on March 5 and if you are the winner we will send you a check in the mail……so get the process started now and good luck!!!"
