The transport experience as a whole was not the greatest due to delays. Also, my car did not smell very good when I received. However, Malia did a fantastic job setting everything up. She was very friendly, explained everything, and was prompt to call/respond. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Malia did her best to resolve them. I'm not sure if I would ship my car again just because of pure cost and timing issues, however, if I was to do it again, I would definitely work with Malia.
