The vehicle was picked up late and also delivered late but due to obvious and acceptable reason of inclement weather conditions, since it was the time of January. I shipped my vehicle from Northern Virginia to California bay area.
I was highly impressed by customer service of Cascade Auto, they were prompt to reply with any questions I had and also reachable most of the time, including weekends.
I would recommend using Cascade Shipping since they know the business. But also prepare to take few buffer days when you plan your shipment.
