Everything went smoothly. Kim and was professional. polite, and prompt addressing my concerns. Driver Greg was considerate, helpful, and true to his word. The car was oicked up the evening before the scheduled date and was delivered the morning after the scheduled delivery date. (I did not appreciate the salesman from a competing transport company that called me just before the pick up date was scheduled. He claimed that Cascade could not possibly complete the contract as quoted and encouraged me to switch to his company at a much higher rate. This does not seem ethical to me.)
