Overall I've had good experiences with Cascade, however there was an unanticipated extra $180 charge this time. Once the trucker saw the vehicle was a large pickup, he wanted an extra $180 to take it because he wouldn't be able to fit any more vehicles on his truck. At this point I had no option but to accept, since I'd had the truck delivered to the pickup point by a tow truck. I'd given Cascade the dimensions of the truck when booking, so they should have made sure the trucker could take it without charging extra. However even with the extra charge the rate was still very competitive, and the vehicle was delivered very quickly and undamaged.
