Ms. Eng kept in close touch with me throughout the transaction. She described how things would be handled and that someone would come to the home and take pictures, and document any damage prior to shipping, I was very satisfied in everything we discussed and my son was thrilled to receive the car and more so because it arrived a few day before they expected it. The car arrived in the same condition as when they picked it up.

If in the future we decided to ship another car Ms. Eng would be the person we contact. She also
took time to call and talk to me personally about the car arriving in NH. I am not quite sure what her job description is suppose to be but in my opinion in this transaction i would have to say it was
outstanding. Also along the way my son was contacted by the company with updates on arrival.
