Diane was extremely helpful in expediating this process. I purchased a new vehicle from out of state and the dealership was dragging their feet on releasing the vehicle. After I explained to Diane what was going on she made a call to the dealership and politely had them move this process along so that the vehicle could be picked up. By the time the dealership released the vehicle to be picked-up it was too late in the day for Jordan Transervice to get it. Therefore the late pick-up was not Cascade's fault. In fact if it was not for Diane it would have been picked-up even later.
When we did not hear from Jordan's on the day that it was supposed be delivered we called Diane the following day and she immediately started checking on the progress of it. She called us back and gave us the telephone number of Jordan's and the driver. Jordan's contacted us and said that they could deliver the vehicle one day late after 9:00 pm if we wanted them too, or we could wait until the following morning. We decided to take deliver on the following morning. We arranged with the driver as to the time to have it delivered.
This was my first time having a vehicle shipped and I would gladely recommend Cascade and use them again.
