My car was picked up right on time, the customer service by Cascade was good. They kept me informed throughout the process. When the car arrived pickup was easy. My one ding was that the car was on the bottom level and there was some oil that had dripped on the hood. It was easy to clean off with bug/tar remover. The price was less than some of the other quotes I received. I will use this company again when I have another car to move.
