I am really impressed with the customer service that is provided by the reps at Cascade Shipping.. This is not my first time using this particular transport company. I had used them once before and so I decided to use them again to have my vehicle shipped from Seattle Washington down to Clarksville Tn. I worked with Malia and she gave me the best rate in order to get my vehicle picked up... The price that I paid for the shipment was right around the price that I was hoping to pay.

Once my vehicle info was posted for pick up, Maria informed me that it was take a copule of days before I driver could pick up the vehicle. ON my second day I received a call from a shipper informing me that he is ready to pick up the vehicle for transport..... This was two days earlier that the agreed pickup date, but I did not complain and was happy that the vehicle was picked up early.
