We hadn't shipped a vehicle before, so was a little apprehensive about the process. We wanted to ship our daughter's low mileage RAV4 from Virginia to Colorado, so I researched the available shipping companies and their reviews on this site and others. Several came up as top rated, but after receiving a phone call from Malia at Cascade in reference to my request for a quote, I talked to her and immediately felt better about the whole experience. She was very patient and answered all my questions about things usually work. I received a call from the carrier (2407 Express) a week after I had arranged for pickup. The price was a little higher ($140) than originally quoted, but I was anxious to get the car there. There was no problem setting up a convenient time for pickup (at my front door). I even called Malia back to verify the carrier's reliability and ratings (just to ease my concern). The vehicle arrived in Colorado in perfect shape! Very happy with the whole process and would definitely use Cascade and Malia again.
