Having started with Autotransport 123 - which ended up being a complete waste of time and money...they were a disaster to deal with - rude/unknowledgeable and full of excuses - it was a DREAM to come across Alyssa at Cascade Vehicle Shipping.

Alyssa was incredibly knowledgeable, fast to get our info on the board for bidding, and kept us up to date on the process. She was completely available via phone or email and responded quickly every time! She took the initiative to contact the seller of the vehicle we purchased to ensure the vehicle was good to go. She contacted the shipper at the time of vehicle pickup, in between and after delivery; then followed up with us right away to ensure we were satisfied.

As I said initially, we went with Autotransport 123 as it seemed they had good reviews - BAD MISTAKE - we had a very short period of time to pickup/deliver the vehicle in, they had our contract for 7 days and did absolutely nothing with it and completely ate up all of our time for pickup/delivery. We basically had to start the entire process over again with Cascade. Alyssa had us booked on a carrier within a couple of days. Car was picked up 2 days after that and delivered 4 days later on time!

Would absolutely not hesitate to use Cascade again and highly recommend Alyssa as the contact person there.

I remember being astounded when the carrier ended up being the same one you had originally been in contact with through Autotransport 123. I can't believe they told you the carrier had horrible reviews! I look forward to working with you again!
