It was a great experience overall! This was my family's third time using Mr. Luckey and Cascade. He is extremely helpful and accommodating. My daughter first used him and his company to relocate from Connecticut to California. This was her first time shipping a car and she based her decision to use Cascade on reviews she read online. Her vehicle actually arrived an hour after she arrived home from the airport, making it incredibly easy to run errands and set up her new place. As she had such a great experience, I decided to use them to relocate from Connecticut to Nevada. My experience was similar to my daughter’s, no problems. When I decided to relocate to South Carolina, I didn’t hesitate to call Mr. Luckey. He was able to schedule a pickup on the exact date I suggested, and the truck arrived as planned. The driver chose an easily accessible location to load the car and was very patient during the entire process. He coordinated an easy delivery by letting me know approximately an hour before he was due to arrive. My car arrived in excellent condition. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Lucky was easily accessible and responded immediately to any questions. I would highly recommend this service, and especially Mr. Damon Luckey, to others!
