I luckily stumbled upon Cascade Vehicle Shipping - only after I was scammed by A Eastern Connection. Another vehicle shipping company that should never be trusted.
Diane Seeley was my rep. She was kind, courteous and very professional. I explained that I was going thru a horrible situation with AEC and hoped that she could help. The car was located out of state and we had a very small window of time of when our vehicle could be accessed and picked up. With no time at all - Diane put our order into dispatch and it was immediately scheduled. The driver originally scheduled ran into some bad weather - so with one day left Diane rescheduled a second driver, who picked up the car on time, was very professional and delivered to Colorado on time and in perfect condition.
Diane worked to meet our ridiculous time restraints and went far beyond her job description to keep us informed at all times.
I would highly recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. Diane was exceptional to work with and I would not hesitate to use them again and again!
