My contact at Cascade was Diane and she did a great job. She found a carrier for my vehicle within 24 hours and my car was picked up the next day. I love my car and she respected that and the carrier she chose seemed to have taken good care of it. Diane was always contactable and generally treated me with kindness and understanding. My car showed up a day ealier than predicted. I paid the driver, and that was that. Easy. I have never used another vehicle shipping service, but I know if I have to do this again I will use Cascade. The initial quote was a little expensive in my eyes, there were other quotes for a hundred- two hundred dollars left, but it made me feel more comfortable about the whole experience and the quote Diane gives you is the final quote. No extra fees, insurance payments, no bullshit. The whole task was easy and painless and I highly reccommend it to everyone in need of this service.
