My car was shipped on sept 19th, 3 days after my earliest available pickup day. Even though the carrier arrived later, my car was shipped earlier than expected. Kate was very helpful in informing me of the process because I had never had my car transported before. I asked if it was possible if my car could be shipped at a lower rate than quoted which she attempted to do but was unsuccessful. I was glad she was able to place a bid for the same rate I was quoted however. I had lots of questions and Kate did well keeping in touch and responding quickly throughout the process. I had a great experience and would use Cascade again if needed.
