I had a new jaguar to move from Portland OR to SC. Due to the value of the car, I decided to use an enclosed carrier to keep the car clean. I chose Cascade due to their good reports and reasonable pricing. An enclosed carrier cost an additional $400, but I thought it would be worth the extra cost. Initial pick-up was delayed, but once they found a carrier, the pick-up was made on time and the delivery was 2 days early. The car was carefully loaded and unloaded and the driver was very nice. The only problem was that the car was very dirty even though the truck was "enclosed". The driver said that the weather was terrible and he had to endure winter storms and 65 mph winds. The term "enclosed" apparently only means that there is canvas on the sides of the careier, not a totally closed truck. So, I think that the extra $400 I paid was not really worth the cost. I would use this carrier again due to their competetive pricing, but I would not pay for an enclosed carrier, or I would make sure I knew exacty what I was getting.
