Malia did an excellent job educating me on this process - which is a very different world indeed. She wasn't at all pushy but helped me understand the costing and time trade offs. She was pleasant on the phone and followed through with everything. There was no attempt to low ball me or offer unrealistic promises. Based upon my experience, I'd recommend this company. I now must wait and see how the pick up and delivery works out.
