Rebecca Ruppell was very professional and very friendly on the phone . She did everything as promised .
I sent out a bid quote in line as well as phone calls . Quite frankly there were multiple quotes within the price range . However I chose Cascade based upon info given and read then primarily because of Rebecca's phone call . She is the biggest reason I dealt with Cascade.
Once booked ,everything was performed in a timely manner . Throughout the shipping process I receivesd regular status calls from Rebecca and staff.
After the timely delivery of a non damaged. Call , I received calls from Rebecca to verify the delivery and condition of the vehicle .
I would use Cascade again and highly recommend your company based on Rebecca Ruppell .
If I owned this company I would want all my employees to represent as well as Revecca.
