I was very impressied with Alyssa Eng's professionalism and her patience. She was very helpful during the entire process of quoting and ordering. Even though I decided to select another company to deal with the shipping due to some personal reason, I appreciated Alyssa Eng's hard work. I will definitely choose Cascade shipping next time.
