At first I was impressed with the customer service, so I hired Cascade. I hired them on a Friday and then didn't hear from them until I called them on Monday. I was given an estimate of $300 less than what I ended up paying while the car sat there for an entire week. When the car finally did ship it was a day late so I ended up missing 2 days of work. I had taken Friday off to pick it up. I had to work for only 4 hours on Sat, so I let Cascade know that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until noon. The driver called me at work at 8:16am so I had to leave work early to go meet the driver. Then on top of everything the driver harassed me for a tip. The car was filthy inside an out and there were several dings that were not listed on the pick-up sheet. I received an e-mail after the drop off saying that they hoped I was enjoying my BMW..They shipped a Mercedes. Not impressed.

katheryne@cascadevehicleshipping.com 360-834-7898. Amy I am so sorry that we had such a hard time finding you a driver to ship your Mercedes. When you placed the order we did let you know that this was a difficult route and we worked hard to find a carrier that was able to deliver your vehicle. Unfortunately there were very few carriers who drove that route, and as we informed you prior to your order, location was an issue and could very well result in the carrier requesting more money. Our term and conditions clearly state that a quote is just a quote until we have a carrier that accepts your load and a price is agreed upon. Unfortunately, your ended up costing more. You had the choice to turn down this carrier and wait for a carrier willing to ship your car for less money but you chose to pay the higher amount. As for the delivery time, we stressed in our email with the carrier information that these are just estimated times and dates as we have no control over traffic, weather and other problems that may arise for the carrier. We apologized profusely and contacted the carrier when you informed us that he asked for a tip and made sure they knew this was completely unacceptable. We were never informed of any damage to your vehicle at any time, per our terms and conditions any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours and we would provide you with the carriers insurance information so you could file a claim. Unfortunately we were unable to assist you with this problem because you did not inform us. Again, I am sorry that you were disappointed with your shipping experience and I do wish you the best. Kate
