i contacted cascade after doing some research (3-4 hours) on the transport review site. cascade had a good combination of 5 stars and large number of reviews. their pricing was competitive, too. when i called to schedule a pickup, malia explained how the transport biz works. i was in a hurry to get the car picked up because the person from whom i purchased it was going on vacation. if they didn't pick up in two days, i'd have to wait for 2 weeks. we adjusted my pricing so that a trucking company would pick up my car faster and that worked like a charm. the car was picked up on time as planned. however, on the delivery side the truck got here two days late of their estimate because of the combination of pickups/deliveries the truck had to make. that was explained to me before hand so i wasn't surprised and wasn't holding them to a hard delivery date. very relieved once it got here. just have to wash it since it got a little dusty on the ride. all in all, a good experience especially in regards to my contacts with malia and the others at cascade (another person from the office actually called me while malia was at lunch because he had received an update on my shipping and thought i'd want to know asap - that's teamwork and customer service).
