I found Jeff Newell and Cascade to be very knowledgeable. The carrier they used for my vehicle move was right on the mark in terms of pick up and delivery. I was given a delivery date and informed that there was a possibility that the vehicle might arrive a day early. It in fact did arrive early, but the driver gave us ample advance notice of the time he would deliver the vehicle so that we would have time to make arrangements to be available. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again I would be sure to use Cascade to make the arrangements.
