My dads pristine Mercedes was delivered in excellent condition 3 days early. Jeff Newell at cascade assured me from the get go I would have my car shipped cross country with no issues. He was right. I talked with him after total frustration with two other transport companies one who charged my credit card immediately. I have since received a refund, I have my car and am a satisfied customer. I have and will continue to recommend Casacade and Jeff. PS my dad also likes you.
