This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I was quite nervous about it but Ms. Rebecca was absolutely amazing! She made this experience a wonderful one for me. She is the "queen" of follow-up :) she never left me hanging and she was always letting me know the status of where we were in the process. With that said, she made me worry-free. She was even able to work out the specific day I wanted my car picked up and was able to accommodate my circumstances. And the best part of it all, she even took a lower commission to keep the same cost I was quoted due to the carrier's higher request. She is out to help people and am grateful to have her as my rep. Thank you Rebecca! It's been a pleasure working with you! For all future customers out there....Cascade is the company to go with and Rebecca Ruppel is the rep you want! She's the most passionate customer service rep I've ever encountered! Absolutely awesome!!!!
