This was our first time shipping anything of this nature. I called as a last resort (we tried all our resources to do the job ourselves) We had a very challenging situation...an enclosed snowmobile trailer that had a broken axle loaded with supplies and personal items. Malia was informative, honest, and included us in the decision making. A disastrous situation was resolved for us. I appreciated that we were assigned one person who knew our situation and kept in contact with us throughout the transaction, including follow-up and a personal phone call to see if we were satisfied with the outcome. I especially appreciated Malia's patience and understanding (we were more than stressed out) and her professional yet friendly service. It's nice to have someone out there with "connections" that can get the job done for a fair price.
