I was extremely disappointed with the company that did the actual pickup and drop off of our jeep. They did not call the evening before the pickup or the morning of promised pick up so I called and was told it likely would be the following day. They again this time said they would call 1 hr prior to pick up and called 7 minutes before driver was to arrive! The gentleman had a very thick accent and was difficult to understand as were the people in their Pennsylvania offices. We have shipped auto's before and this time I have to say I did not feel confident when I left my jeep with him. I was called the day before it was to arrive in Fort Worth to say it would be delivered in 2 hrs and if someone was not available to meet the truck, my jeep would be put in storage at my cost!! I scrambled for 2 hours to find someone to meet the truck as well as getting payment wired to them so they would release my jeep. They knew I would not be able to meet the jeep until Aug 7 at 1 PM on.............and it arrived the 6th at 1 he originally promised and then it came at 4! It was not a good experience.

Kathryne at Cascade was in touch with me all through out this ordeal and made lots of calls for me to Omega. She was very responsive and tried to help as much as she could. I hope she never uses Omega again as promised.
