The car arrived with zero damage (most important) Terry communicated frequently with me incorporating feedback he'd gotten from earlier customers (glad to see customer feedback used), and responded to calls quickly. Terry was friendly and even-keel with me over the phone. Quoted price was $1005, final price was $275 higher. I was out of country and requested coordination with my father at origin which wasn't remembered at first. A good broker. Next time I'd look more into shipping direct to lower uncertainties in price/pick up/delivery. Manager contacted me today to ask if I was satisfied then if I'd fill out this survey (are only satisfied customers sent the link to leave feedback?). Overall no major issues at all - price was fair, service was responsive, I didn't feel I was aggressively hounded while deciding (can't say same for some other brokers), delivery was within the week-long window promised, and again most importantly there was zero damage.
