this was the second time that i have used cascade and plan on using them again next month. the contact person damon was fantastic and kept me informed the whole time as we had to plan buying an airline ticket to coincide with the pickup and delivery. i had no issues whatsoever and my daughters car was picked up and delivered perfectly. i wanted the car to be picked up as soon as possible and it was the very next day! the carrier also kept us informed of the expected delivery day and time would be and they even delivered it early. he was very nice and professional. it was an excellent experience.
