This was my first time ever using a car transport company. I needed my car shipped to Texas from New York and Malia calmed my nerves and answered all my questions. Also, the car was going to be in Texas before I arrived and the driver wanted C.O.D. I realized there was no way of doing that. Malia quickly contacted the driver for me and explained my situation. I was then able to deposit the money into his personal bank account in order to ensure my car would be delivered. Malia and Cascade are easy to work with and very professional. My car was delivered on time and as promised. Thanks again!
