Wow, what an amazing experience. We had never transported a vehicle before and were very nervous about the experience. After pricing how much it would cost us to fly and then drive the vehicle back, we decided to contact a transportation company. We were pleased to find out that the price was very reasonable. However, we were still leary of actually doing it. I used this forum to review transportation companies and decided on a few to check into. After talking to each of them, Cascade stood out as someone I felt comfortable with. Once I decided on Cascade, my comfort level increased. The day the truck was available for pick-up, Diane contacted me with a transport company and a pick-up date. She assured me this transport company had at least a 90% rating, they were actually rated 100%. The day the truck was to be picked up, I received a call from Cascade verifying it had been picked up and she verified the delivery date. Two days before it was due in Tucson, the transport company called me to tell me the truck would actually be a day early and gave me an approximate time. On the new day of delivery, I was contacted and given a one hour window for delivery. The truck was delivered within the window and in perfect condition. Very professional and efficient. If I ever need to transport a vehicle again, I will definitely contact Cascade.
