I had never shipped a vehicle before and after reading reviews and talking to reps from several agency's, I decided to go with Cascade. Sarah was very knowledgeable and explained the process in the simplest terms. That being said, I had no reservations about shipping my car. It was a positive experience and have nothing but praise for Sarah and Cascade.
