Vehiicle was picked up and delivered on times quoted. Length of time (3 weeks) perfectly understanable as this was a move from Massachusetts to Hawaii - by carrier and boat. Still worth the cost getting the vehicle to Hawaii as cars hold their prices there. As advertised no hidden costs. Would use Cascade Vehicle Shipping again without hesitation.
