My wife and I would like to extend a big thank you to Malia McClain and the Cascade Vehicle Shipping crew for helping us get our Jeep from one coast to the other. We are a Military family and had never dealt with a situation such as this before. Malia was kind, helpful and informative each time we spoke with her. Out of the twenty or so harassing phone calls that I received from different companies, Malia was the only one who took the time to get to know me and even went as far as to give me tips and pointers on what to look for and how the shipping process works, should I go with someone else. Where we come from, kind words and honesty like that mean a lot. Once more, when the initial set up was complete, Malia made herself available for questioning and periodically checked in on us as we waited to pick up a driver and once the driver had started across country. I highly recommend anyone looking to take the stress and confusion out of shipping a vehicle contact Malia at Cascade and get the help you need. Thanks again, and we'll be calling you in three years when we move again!
